Delivery

The delivery of this service is initially conducted through telephone and remote support and can be extended to directly visit your offices on a scheduled basis or as needed.

Our contracts for this service are flexible. You have the choice of a fixed monthly fee or a variable agreement, where rates vary according to your needs. Each of our support agreements is tailored to suit your individual and organisational requirements.

Some of our customers request regular on-site visits, others prefer remote support for their servers and workstations. You may only need our services for first level help-desk to provide your users with first-line user support, and all other calls can be directed to your own internal IT team.
