The delivery of this service is performed in two stages. The first stage is done by interviewing key management staff to understand your business model, its history, objectives and future goals. We then interview employees via surveys to understand internal user requirements with the emphasis on the state of the current IT infrastructure, the way it is managed and supported.
The second stage involves a thorough technical analysis of the current IT infrastructure, such as server platforms, LAN infrastructure, NAS, wide area networks, firewalls and any other related hardware. By combining these two stages together, Wavex IT Support will provide you with a snapshot of the current technical health of all your IT infrastructure assets, how well this infrastructure is suited to your current business needs and possible recommendations.
You as a customer can then decide on selecting the right recommended infrastructure to implement. If you wish, Wavex IT Support can then plan and execute the selected recommendation.
